The ILWU International Convention host committee is requesting volunteers to aid in facilitating the proceeding of the convention, as well as host events and accompany guests of delegates on organized tours.

This is an exciting opportunity as the International Convention is only held in Canada every 18 years. Volunteers will have the chance to rub elbows with delegates from all ILWU International locals from Hawaii, California, Oregon, Washington and Alaska, as well as the other British Columbia locals. It is taking place from June 17-21 at the Westin Bayshore in Vancouver

Time commitments and duties will vary depending on the day and the number of volunteers required, and will be assigned at the discretion of the Host Committee.

This is a primarily member only opportunity, though select casuals may be considered
